Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport system that focuses on grappling with an emphasis on ground fighting. But, it's a lot more than just a martial art and a sport. It's a way to change your life in a fun way!

It's undeniable that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will change your body! Weight loss, strength, and flexibility are just the tip of the iceberg of the many body changes you'll see and feel. But what you can't see are the behind-the-scenes improvements in your overall health as a result of training.

Most people spend their days sitting, driving, or working at a computer, which causes the body to develop some strange and unnatural movement patterns. The body awareness that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches you is priceless! With an increase in body awareness, strength and mobility will soon follow.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu isn't for the faint of heart as it will definitely challenge you physically and mentally. Learning, drilling and rolling are all part of the practice that builds mental focus and stamina, allows you to release any anger or pent-up frustration, and reduces stress like never before.
